What is OTP and how to use it?

The OTP application is a one-time password generator application and is used for transactions over 2 million MNT through the TDB Online Plus service. Generate a transaction password from the OTP application when making a transaction. A one-time password generated by OTP lasts 36 seconds.

How to set up OTP application on your mobile?

Download and install the OTP app from the Playstore, App Store, and AppGallery. To configure, you need to enter Serial Number and Activation Code.

The activation code for the OTP application will be sent to your email address which registered with your bank or a text message to your mobile phone.

The serial number of the OTP application is written in the contract.

 

If you forgot your serial number, you can call 1900-1977 from the bank-registered phone number or e-mail address and send an e-mail to info@tdbm.mn. If you forgot your activation code, you can go to the nearest branch with your official letter and get it again.

How do I make a transaction when I appeared an error "didn't provide rights to do this operation”?

TDB Online service has the following types of package:

  1. Online Info - Checking your account
  2. Online Plus - Daily transaction limit of 200 million MNT
  3. Online Premium - Daily transaction limit of 500 million MNT

If there appeared an error "didn't provide rights to do this operation", it means you are using Online info service.  So please get registered in Online Plus or Online Premium.

How to add a new account to TDB Online?

It will be added automatically if the customer opens a new account in TDB Online. If you have opened a new account by visiting the branch, log in your TDB Online service and select account settings from the "my account" then add your account.

What If I forgot my user name and bank registered e-mail address?

If you forgot your user name, you can call 1900-1977 from the bank-registered phone number or go to nearest branch of our bank with your identification ID. If your registered e-mail address has changed, you need to send a request to change your e-mail address to  info@tdbm.mn.

What if the Vasco device doesn't work?

If the Vasco device does not work, you can contact nearest branch, and after checking the device, you will be notified.

How do I make a transaction when I appeared an error "Unable to make this transaction, please contact the bank”?

You should call 1900-1977 or / 70161988 from abroad / or write an e-mail to info@tdbm.mn by phone or e-mail registered with the bank and get advice.
